We are a Collective for Justice & Liberation.

The Montana Sexual & Reproductive Health Collective (MTSRHC) brings together people and organizations who believe everyone deserves autonomy, access, and respect—no matter who they are or where they live.

  • To advance sexual and reproductive health and justice in Montana through collective strategy, education, and action.
We bring together people, providers, and organizations who believe everyone—especially those most impacted by injustice—deserves autonomy, access, and dignity.

  • A Montana where every person—especially Indigenous, Black, brown, LGBTQ+, rural, disabled, and youth communities—can make decisions about their bodies, families, and futures without shame, stigma, or systemic barriers.
We envision a future where care is community-led, justice is central, and liberation is within reach.

    1. Reproductive Justice
We ground our work in the RJ framework—centering the leadership of BIPOC women, trans, and queer communities.

    2. Autonomy & Access
Everyone deserves the power to make informed choices and access care, regardless of geography or identity.

    3. Indigenous Sovereignty
We uplift Indigenous leadership and support tribal self-determination across all health and policy work.

    4. Youth Power
Young people are not just the future—they are leading now. We support youth-led organizing and learning.

    5. Collective Care & Action
We move at the speed of trust and care, building lasting relationships across movements and communities.

    6. Equity Over Equality
We challenge systems of power and prioritize those most impacted—not just equal access, but structural change.

    7. Community-Led Solutions
We believe the people closest to the problems hold the solutions. We listen, co-create, and shift resources accordingly.

  • We’re not a traditional nonprofit—we’re a collective. That means we operate through shared power, mutual accountability, and deep trust. There’s no rigid hierarchy here. Instead, our strength comes from collaboration.

At the Montana Sexual & Reproductive Health Collective, we:

    • Organize statewide across communities, organizations, and identities

    • Make decisions together—members shape our priorities, strategies, and campaigns

    • Share leadership—everyone brings something to the table

    • Act in solidarity—especially with those most impacted by injustice

    • Build power from the ground up—not top down

    We advance our goals through:

    • Public education and storytelling

    • Community-rooted advocacy

    • Grassroots organizing

    • Policy strategy that centers lived experience

Together, we’re building a Montana where everyone can thrive.
